Important Things to Know About 'Kits'
1. ALL construction uses a 'kit' of some kind.
Our kit concept involves the same construction process as a project-home (pre-nailed frames, trusses, windows, roofing etc) ... except, we specialise in supplying all the components needed for the popular 'Queenslander' style and design. |

2. They are not necessarily cheaper.

3. Kits ain’t kits!
Some owner-builders imagine we are selling something like a model airplane 'kit' for dummies – open the box, add glue, snap it together and it’s done!
Some of our designs are more involved than project homes. They typically require the help of qualified tradesmen and construction must meet Standard Building Regulations for your area.

Our proven shipping checklist system means we can transport a Queenslander kit anywhere within Australia and overseas. This means the total kit – down to the last screw – arrives ready to construct.
In addition, we can recommend caring qualified tradesmen who will build your home to our award winning standards.
